CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation should take place only on AQYTRA. The customer cannot derive any rights from a verbal or written cancellation. The date on which the written confirmation of the cancellation is received will be considered the definite date of cancellation. The cancellation fee will be based upon the total value of the reservation and date of cancelation, as within the most recent confirmation.

This cancellation clause applies to the following types of cancellations:

Basics of Cancellation fees

 

  • If you used points to pay for your entire booking, and you’ve been charged a cancellation fee, that’ll come out of your points balance. For instance, say you used 1,500 of your 2,000 points to pay for your whole trip. We’ll assume the cancellation fee is USD 20, so that will be converted to points and removed from your remaining 500 points that you have accumulated.

  • If you used points and a credit card to pay for your booking, cancellation fees will come out of the points portion of your refund first, followed by the credit card portion, if necessary. If you used all your 2,000 points to pay for your trip, then used your credit card to cover the remaining cost, the cancel fee will come out of your points balance first. So say the fee is USD 20, that means you’ll get 1,980 points put back into your points account.

  • Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, AQYTRA does not charge a processing fee for cancellations

  • Any changes to your reservation must be made through AQYTRA and not directly with the partner. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part. Any problems or questions on your reservation prior to travel/ duration of stay should be directed to our AQYTRA Customer Support.
